Terms of Service

By using Hicabi AI, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Use of Service

• You may use Hicabi AI only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable regulations.
• You are responsible for data connected through n8n workflows and for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys, credentials, or tokens.

Limitations

Hicabi AI is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for damages resulting from misconfigured automations, third-party service errors, or unauthorized access caused by weak security practices.

Intellectual Property

All code, branding, and content under Hicabi AI remain the property of the project owner unless otherwise stated.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Hicabi AI if the service is misused or these terms are violated.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Türkiye.
